for Jeff Nuttall

that world's ripped up

cat parts among feathers falling

disintegrates

on gravitational waves

or whatever

who knows

twisting images

Europa swamped under Bull

heat brings shimmering silence to the boil

Louis Armstrong pulls two curtains together

the cloths disparate tunes

melodic

counter-prick-point

separate notes ascending

grasps them together in one hand

from which the combination butterflies

tearing the space with background

timed between sea and wave

lunar passion

sun reflected in speaking mouth

fire in greenery

strong hand

fist around a trumpet flowers

breath between flesh tare assertive gasp

joinery of colour match

all gods chill out

it's the twentieth century still

and the third millennium

time between wave reach and sea line

lunar passion

sun reflecting in speaking mouths

fire in greenery

what you say

what you thought was fabric

clicks together and then vanishes

turning

off the record

turn off the lights

what is remade by being extinguished

that's not a question

momentary butterfly

burns

consumed

upon

desire

a view downloading lack

acknowledging

where there was

nothing runs to earth

cannot break

to fly what

is wanting now

is wanted -

a brain view -

sublimation

without flame

know transformation

no knowing

know now

when to

stop
